Photography shapes the way we view the world. The photographer decides what becomes visible, what is captured, and what remains out of frame. The exhibition Here, Somewhere focuses on the relationship between perception and meaning. The creators approach their subjects from diverse perspectives, sharing an interest in the everyday and the seemingly inconspicuous. The works do more than simply depict places, people, or events; they also explore how these are experienced, remembered, and interpreted.

In doing so, each photographer - in their own unique way - raises questions about how we look at things and the meaning we ascribe to the world around us. The projects navigate the spaces between document and imagination, human and environment, objective recording and personal interpretation, certainty and doubt.
